Position: Finance Business Partner

Salary: $135,000 + Superannuation

What you'll be doing

• Partner with divisional teams to develop budgets, rolling forecasts, and long term plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Lead financial analysis, scenario modelling, and business case evaluation to provide actionable insights.
• Prepare management accounting packs, monitor KPIs, and analyse operational and financial data to drive performance.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and efficiency improvements while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, influencing decisions and supporting commercial outcomes.
• Travel regionally could be possible as required, bringing financial clarity and guidance to remote teams across Western Australia.

Who you are

• Tertiary-qualified in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline. Progress toward professional accounting membership is a plus.
• Experienced in budgeting, forecasting, business case analysis, management accounting, and financial modelling.
• Skilled in turning complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen, with a collaborative, results-driven mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and business intelligence tools.
